Market Summary
The real estate market in Greater Victoria is roughly stable. Inventory has grown steadily and rising rates have brought the market into roughly balanced territory. Some segments like small downtown condos are extremely weak due to regulatory changes. Prices remain below the peak of 2022, however affordability remains very poor due to higher rates.
